You’re expected to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They use a nice-sounding title to get you to handle duties outside your job title, then insist that these are also part of your responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly. The turnover rate is high.
