You have to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and event responsibilities overlap for everyone. They use nice-sounding titles to ask you to handle work outside your job title, then insist that it is also part of your job responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly—the turnover rate is high.
