New hires learn everything in less than a month

Whenever there’s a problem, you have to keep asking the new hires the same questions
The old-timers spend every workday making phone calls, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom countless times or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be more useless
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn’t come here
