A bizarre ecosystem of useless veterans
The veterans can’t do anything and say they don’t know anything about everything
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month
while the veterans still haven’t learned anything
Every time there’s a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers the same questions
The veterans spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom countless times or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or those who want to work seriously shouldn’t come here
Because all the work is left for you
The veterans slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves
They have no ability but love to gossip
The useless-veteran ecosystem; management turns a blind eye
