An absurd ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can't do anything and say they don't know anything
New hires learn everything within less than a month
While the old-timers still haven't learned anything
Whenever there is a problem, you have to keep asking the new hires repeatedly
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the day
Every day at work, they're either going to the bathroom for the nth time or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who is worse
Normal people or those who want to work seriously shouldn't come
Because all the work is left for you
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves every day
They have no ability, yet love to gossip
