Bizarre ecosystem of useless veterans
The veterans can’t do anything and say they don’t know anything about everything.
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month.
The veterans still haven’t learned anything.
Whenever there’s a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers repeatedly.
The veterans spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of their shift.
Every day at work, they’re either going to the restroom for the nth time or chatting and scrolling on their phones.
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse.
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn’t come here,
because all the work will be left for you.
The veterans slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves every day.
They lack ability but love to gossip.
The ecosystem of useless veterans; supervisors turn a blind eye.
