Bizarre ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can’t do anything and say they don’t know anything about everything
New hires learn everything within less than a month of joining
While the old-timers still haven’t learned anything
You still have to keep asking the new hires the same questions whenever you run into a problem
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday
Every day at work, they are either going to the bathroom n times or chatting and scrolling on their phones along the way
Every day at work, they compete to see who is worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously should not come here
Because all the work will be left for you
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves every day
They lack ability yet love to gossip
The useless old-timer ecosystem, while management turns a blind eye
