A bizarre ecosystem of useless old hands
The old hands can’t do anything and say they don’t know anything
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month
While the old hands still haven’t learned anything
Whenever there’s a problem, they keep having to ask the newcomers over and over again
The old hands spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of their shift
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom who knows how many times or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously should not come here
Because all the work will be left for you
The old hands slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day while having a great time
They have no ability but love to gossip
