Bizarre ecosystem of useless old hands
The old hands can’t do anything and always say they don’t know.
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month,
while the old hands still haven’t learned anything.
Whenever there’s a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers over and over again.
The old hands spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of their shift.
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom who-knows-how-many times or chatting and scrolling on their phones.
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse.
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn’t come here,
because all the work is left for you.
The old hands slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves.
They have no ability, yet love to gossip.
The ecosystem of useless old hands; management turns a blind eye.
