Bizarre ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can't do anything and say they don't know anything about everything.
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month,
while the old-timers still haven't learned anything.
Whenever there's a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers repeatedly.
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday.
Every day at work, they're either going to the bathroom n times or chatting and scrolling on their phones while walking around.
Every day at work, they compete to see who is worse.
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn't come,
because all the work is left for you.
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day while enjoying themselves.
They lack ability but love to gossip
