The old hands can't do anything and say they don't know anything about everything
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month
while the old hands still haven't learned anything
Whenever there's a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers over and over again
The old hands spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday
Every day at work, they're either going to the bathroom for the nth time or chatting and scrolling on their phones along the way
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously should not come here
Because all the work is left for you
