A bizarre ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can't do anything and say they don't know anything
Newcomers learn everything within less than a month
while the old-timers still haven't learned anything
You have to keep asking the newcomers the same questions whenever you encounter a problem
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday
Every day at work, they're either going to the bathroom for the nth time or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn't come here
Because all the work will be left to you
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves every day
They have no ability but love to gossip
