Bizarre ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can’t do anything and say they don’t know anything.
New hires learn everything in less than a month,
while the old-timers still haven’t learned anything.
Whenever there’s a problem, you have to keep asking the new hires repeatedly.
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the workday.
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom countless times or chatting and scrolling on their phones.
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse.
Normal people or those who want to work seriously shouldn’t come here,
because all the work will be left for you.
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day, enjoying themselves.
They have no ability but love to gossip.
The useless old-timer ecosystem; management turns a blind eye.
