A bizarre ecosystem of useless veterans
The veterans can’t do anything and always say they don’t know
New hires learn everything within less than a month
while the veterans still haven’t learned anything
You have to keep asking the new hires the same questions whenever a problem comes up
The veterans spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the day
Every day at work, they’re either going to the bathroom n times or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn’t come here
because all the work will be left to you
The veterans slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day while having a great time
They have no ability but love to gossip
