The bizarre ecosystem of useless old-timers
The old-timers can't do anything and say they don't know anything
Newcomers learn everything in less than a month
while the old-timers still haven't learned anything
Whenever there's a problem, you have to keep asking the newcomers over and over again
The old-timers spend every workday talking on the phone, chatting, and livestreaming until the end of the day
Every day at work, they're either going to the bathroom n times or chatting and scrolling on their phones
Every day at work, they compete to see who can be worse
Normal people or anyone who wants to work seriously shouldn't come
because all the work will be left for you
The old-timers slack off, chat, and scroll on their phones every day while having a great time
They have no ability but love to gossip
