There are hardly any advantages. All the benefits have been cut, and the company will only get worse. The company isn't making money, so good employees are leaving one by one. It can't retain capable people. A large number of employees were laid off previously. The games aren't making money, and the in-house games don't seem to have much hope either. Many people have resigned, and no one is being hired to replace them. The company is expected to shut down before long. A lot of people have already escaped.
The benefits used to be so good that there was milk and manicures. Now, all that's left is free lunch. The milk was also canceled only because a manager from a certain department poured so much at once that someone complained. Sigh, they're incredibly stingy. They used to pour it several times a day, and every time you walked by, it was you—I don't know whether you were too hungry or what. Although these are benefits, there are other people who need to use them too. You leave and arrive on time, but anyway, the games are being shut down one by one, so there won't be any salary changes. Don't expect promotions; as long as the old-timers don't leave, you won't get a turn.
