Workplace reviews and discussion: 奇鋐科技股份有限公司

Large company with abundant resources.

Many product lines, so you can learn about a wide range of fields.

Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional; even after leaving, you can still ask them questions.

Newcomers to the thermal industry can join to learn about the scale of the industry and gain professional knowledge. Once you become familiar with it, you can move to another company.

There was infighting within the business department in the early days, with plenty of turmoil; it seems that only two of the people I knew are still employed there.

Salary adjustments are limited, so it is best to negotiate your salary when you join.

Watch your back.

The company is large and has been around for a long time. No matter how well you think you know the person you confide in, keep your guard up.
