Many product lines, so you can learn about a wide range of fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional. You can still ask them questions after leaving the company.
Newcomers to the thermal industry can join to learn about large-scale operations and professional expertise. Once you become familiar with the field, you can move to another company.
