Large company with abundant resources.
Many product lines, offering the opportunity to learn about many fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional; even after leaving, you can still ask them some questions.
Newcomers to the thermal industry can join to learn about scale and expertise. Once you become familiar with the field, you can move to another company.
There was infighting within the business department in the early days, with many ups and downs; of the people I knew, it seems only two are still employed.
Salary adjustments are limited, so it is best to negotiate your salary before joining.
Watch your back.
The company is large and has been around for a long time. No matter how well you think you know the person you confide in, stay cautious.
