Many product lines, allowing you to learn knowledge in many fields.
Some of the R&D staff are nice and highly professional. You can still ask them questions after leaving the company.
Newcomers to the thermal management industry can join to learn about the scale of the industry and gain professional knowledge. Once you become familiar with it, you can move to another company.
