There are many product lines, so you can learn about many different fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional. You can still ask them questions after leaving the company.
Newcomers to the thermal industry can join to learn about the scale of the business and gain professional expertise. Once you become familiar with the industry, you can move to another company.
In the early days, there was infighting within the business department and a lot of turmoil. Of the people I knew, it seems that only two are still employed there.
