There are many product lines, so you can learn about many fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional. You can still ask them questions after leaving the company.
For newcomers to the thermal industry, this is a good place to learn about scale and professional expertise. Once you become familiar with the field, you can move to another company.
There were internal conflicts in the business department in the early days, with plenty of ups and downs. Of the people I knew, it seems that only two are still with the company.
