Many product lines, so you can learn about a wide range of fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional. You can still ask them questions even after leaving the company.
Newcomers to the thermal management industry can join to learn about the scale of the business and gain expertise. Once you become familiar with the field, you can move to another company.
There was intense infighting in the business department in the early days, with a lot of turmoil. Of the people I knew, it seems only two are still employed there.
