Many product lines, allowing you to learn about a wide range of fields.
Some of the R&D staff are great and highly professional. You can still ask them questions after leaving the company.
Newcomers to the thermal solutions industry can join to learn about the scale of the business and develop their expertise. Once you become familiar with the field, you can move to another company.
