Gorilla-Type Career Transition Assessment Report
Name: Company-resource vacuum cleaner / A primate member who walks with a swagger but produces no value
Introduction:
Commonly found in office corners or beside managers, possessing a rare aura that briefly makes people think they are an important person.
Their presence is like an automatic backup in a corporate system: no one has ever actively opened it, but it continuously takes up space, drains performance, and occasionally pops up error messages.
This type of gorilla survives not through output, but by:
1. Putting on a timely performance of “pretending to be busy”
2. Saying things that sound like work has been done, but for which no records can be found
3. Maintaining the subtle social contract of “I’m helping you hold up appearances, so don’t ask me for details”
