You can learn a lot
Cons
Employees are expected to take on multiple roles, and have to know how to do everything.
When an employee leaves, they brag to others about how they helped that employee develop many skills (when in fact, the employee was exploited).
The boss is best at breaking promises, and still acts completely justified when doing so.
