Want to experience working life in North Korea? Come and give it a try.
1. Extremely high turnover—an entirely new batch of people every 3–6 months.
There are only two types of people who stay: 1. those with a strong submissive mentality, and 2. those who cannot leave because of their abilities or circumstances.
2. Work handovers are an absolute mess.
3. Boss He’s EQ is as low as it could possibly be.
4. The company thinks its benefits are excellent.
5. The company isn’t looking for employees; it’s looking for slaves.
6. It views employees as disposable, so it specifically seeks out fresh graduates or people with little work experience.
7. If you interview in the morning and are notified of acceptance in the afternoon, it means there is a pitfall—someone is needed to fill it immediately.
8. There are strange unwritten rules within the company. For example: nobody can leave work until the boss has left.
9. If you participate in activities on Saturdays or Sundays, there is no such thing as time off in lieu; the company saves money by having employees do the labor.
