With benefits cut back this much, I don't even know what else there is to talk about.
The old-timers are all competing to see who can be worse. A certain Muzi employee was frozen out by their former boss, but after changing bosses, they suddenly transformed and started shouting and cursing at subordinates again, including personal attacks. Isn't this workplace bullying?
They had previously even been reported to the labor bureau, and the company spent a great deal of time attending interviews. Yet they themselves refused to admit any wrongdoing and even wanted to hire a lawyer to sue the employee.
They have also gotten into a shouting match with the CFO. Impressive.
Has the company changed from a one-person show into a court of law? If you think someone is an idiot, you call them in to berate them; now it has evolved into firing people whenever there's a disagreement. Is this company really beyond saving?
