The work is simple and not difficult.
There are rats at the accommodation, and there are many of them.
You have to work shifts, so your schedule will be irregular, including rotating through morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
The salary is only slightly higher than the base wage.
During the interview, they said this salary was already very high—is that something you have to negotiate for?
What they say during the interview will be completely different from the actual work.
The housekeeping staff will make things difficult for you.
They will still nag in the group chat late at night or in the early morning,
as if they were the boss.
To get a raise, they will speak badly about other employees,
constantly report minor things to the boss,
and the boss will not distinguish right from wrong.
The troublesome older woman gets rewarded.
The boss will suddenly assign everyone to change shifts,
and they only tell you a few days in advance.
You cannot have your own plans; every day you have to wonder whether your shift will suddenly be changed again.
If you normally call the boss about something, other employees will even complain that you are disturbing the boss.
There will be no opportunities for promotion or salary increases here.
Run away quickly.
