All are drawbacks

The head of the customer service department is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. It would be bad enough if they only applied double standards to subordinates, but they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely pretentious, leaving people speechless.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that jobs are harder to find in southern Taiwan, so people are less likely to quit. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap slave labor?

There are no standard work procedures; management is entirely based on their mood. I advise everyone to run for the hills.
