The customer service department supervisor is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. As if holding subordinates to double standards weren’t enough, they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely affected, leaving people speechless.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because jobs are harder to find in southern Taiwan, employees are less likely to leave. Do they think people from the south are all cheap laborers or slaves?

There are no standard work procedures; everything is managed according to their mood. I advise everyone to get out quickly.
