There are only drawbacks.

The customer service department supervisor is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. As if holding subordinates to double standards weren’t bad enough, they are also suspected of workplace bullying, and are extremely affected and insincere, leaving people speechless.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because jobs are harder to find in southern Taiwan, employees will be less likely to resign. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap laborers or something?

There are no standard work processes; everything is managed according to their mood. I urge all of you to get out quickly.
