The customer service department supervisor is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. Not only do they apply double standards to subordinates, but they are also suspected of workplace bullying, and are extremely affected and insufferable.

The department's turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because it is harder to find work in southern Taiwan, people will be less likely to quit. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap slave labor?

There is no standard work process; management is entirely based on their mood. I advise everyone to run as fast as you can.
