The customer service department supervisor is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. Not only do they apply double standards to subordinates, they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely affected and cringe-inducing.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because it is harder to find work in southern Taiwan, people are less likely to resign. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap laborers or slaves?

There are no standard work procedures; management is entirely based on their mood. I advise everyone to get out quickly.
