Everything is a drawback

The customer service department supervisor is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. Not only do they hold subordinates to double standards, they are also suspected of workplace bullying, and are extremely pretentious and exasperating.

The department has an extremely high turnover rate, yet they think that because it is harder to find work in southern Taiwan, people will be less likely to resign. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap laborers or slaves?

There are no standardized work processes; management is entirely based on their mood. I advise all of you to escape while you can.
