The customer service department manager is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. Not only do they apply double standards to subordinates, they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely affected, leaving people speechless.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because jobs are harder to find in southern Taiwan, employees will be less likely to leave. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap laborers or slaves?
