The head of the customer service department is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. As if holding subordinates to double standards weren't bad enough, they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely fake, leaving people speechless.

The department's turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think people in the south are less likely to quit because it's harder to find jobs there. Do they think southerners are all cheap slave labor?
