Everything is a drawback

The head of the customer service department is terrible and completely unfit for a management position. Setting double standards for subordinates would be bad enough, but they are also suspected of workplace bullying and are extremely affected and unbearable.

The department’s turnover rate is extremely high, yet they think that because jobs are harder to find in southern Taiwan, people are less likely to quit. Do they think people from southern Taiwan are all cheap slave labor?

There are no standardized work processes; management is entirely based on their mood. I advise everyone to get out quickly.
