It's 2025—how has no one exposed a traditional industry this outrageous?

The bosses are self-important and condescending, with a ridiculous number of inexplicable rules.

Excessive overtime and many other practices violate the Labor Standards Act. Even after filing complaints and reports, the government hasn't enforced any penalties. I still see quite a few people applying through 104—don't ruin your life.
