It's 2025—how has no one exposed such an outrageous traditional industry company?
The higher-ups are self-important and condescending, with a bunch of inexplicable rules.
Excessive overtime and many other practices violate the Labor Standards Act. Even after filing complaints and reports, the government has not actually enforced any penalties. I also see quite a few people submitting résumés through 104. Don't ruin your life by making the wrong choice.
