惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. They are extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operate entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with suppliers, congratulations—you will develop excellent skills at shamelessly haggling prices. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, bleed your suppliers dry, and cut prices to the bone, landing on their blacklist.

8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the代理商品 products)

9. The company's sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, etc.); in the eyes of industry professionals, its work in every area is laughable. If you want to become one of the despised, welcome aboard.
