惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes direction, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-minded, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly cutting prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 to get an idea of how much that is)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. A thief once stole merchandise worth hundreds of thousands at one of these events, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
