1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pathetically low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless ability to slash prices, gaining notoriety throughout the industry, draining partner vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone until you become blacklisted.
8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the company’s代理商品)
9. The people entering and leaving the company’s promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a case where a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars just for showing up to work sounds thrilling, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all quite laughable). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
