1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion制度)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you and will not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an expert ability to shamelessly haggle prices, gaining a reputation in the industry for squeezing cooperative vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a promotional sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
