1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes its policies constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of cutting prices, becoming notorious in the industry for squeezing cooperative vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item)
9. The company's promotional sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world. In every area—including sales, marketing, and public relations—people in the industry find it laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
