惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-mindedness, and an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; capability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at a managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter).

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively bargaining prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your cooperating vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products).

9. The company's event sales involve complicated and unpredictable visitors. There was once a theft at a sale event in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
