1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business model, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of no use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the manager level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an extraordinary ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices until you become notorious in the industry, draining the cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you are blacklisted.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品)
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once an incident in which a thief came to a sale and stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay more than 100,000 just for coming in to work is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
