惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop unparalleled skill at shamelessly bargaining. You can become notorious in the industry, drain your business partners dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a thief at a sale who stole goods worth several hundred thousand, and the company required all the sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
