惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its policies, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of no use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)

7. If your duties require you to coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can cut prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your cooperating vendors dry, and drive them to the point of being blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product)

9. The company’s special sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a special sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (Having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for coming in to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world. In every area—including sales, marketing, and public relations—it is laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
