惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company frequently changes direction, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices to the point that you become notorious in the industry, draining your partner vendors dry and leaving them with nothing, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency’s products)

9. The company’s special sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a special sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming in to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it hilarious. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
